International Conference TTN-18

Several candidatures have been presented for the ART IN NANO competition.

In the following, the images selected for exposition at TTN-2018.

Participants will be asked to vote to decide the winner.

Selected Images

In order to participate in the Showcase, one of the listed co-authors to the entry must be a registered attendee to the TTN 2018 Conference and be onsite at the meeting. Each registered attendee is allowed to submit only ONE entry as author, highlighting the beauty in Nanoscience.

The entries may be the result of any experimental imaging technique, modeling and simulation, as well as the combination of multiple images. The focus of the showcase is on the aesthetics of the image.

If your entry contains any content subject to copyright regulations, you are responsible for obtaining, prior to submission, the necessary agreements. Violators will be subject to disqualification.

All entries must be submitted online no later than September 30, 2018. See instructions for submission below*.

Up to 5 submissions will be selected for display at the Conference and these entries will be eligible for prize by the panel of judges as well as participant votes. The prize will consists of €300 cash and a certificate.

The winner will be recognized at the end of the afternoon session on October 19th, 2018.


*Submission Details
The file should consist of a high resolution *.jpg file of at least 300 dpi. Please include the submitter's last name in the file name. Also a short caption up to 200 characters must be sent as a separate docx file.

To submit your image send the .jpg file and the .docx file (caption) by e-mail at the following address: ttn18@fisica.unisa.it writing as object "ART-in-NANO candidature" and your surname.
